Rocket, garlic, onion and barossa cheddar baked pasty slice

In a finale to my “Durational long weekend rocket harvest festival” I came into work EARLY this morning and baked up some treats for our splendid residents, it was a delight watching a bunch of geeks walk through the kitchen on the hunt for coffee to find the smells of freshly baked pastries. So far .. advanced reviews are giving me the thumbs up! Please note these are not food style porn type pics. I take pictures of how the food looks in real life .. burnt at the edges and perfectly imperfect. Here’s how I did it:

Pastry recipe here.

Note: I used cheats frozen puff pastry sheets x 4 for half the pasties when I lost the will to live and just wanted to roll stuff up and get on with my day.
